How it works
From high-volume waste to high-value acid
The Sulaway® is a sophisticated, fully automated plant. While the engineering is advanced, the process logic is elegant and robust, designed for continuous, unmanned operation.
The system automatically switches towers. The saturated tower is heated, releasing a highly concentrated stream of pure H₂S gas.
This concentrated H₂S gas is fed into our patented reformer. Here, a high-temperature, catalytic process transforms the hazardous gas into a valuable, high-grade sulfuric acid.
This cycle repeats continuously, guaranteeing a constant flow of purified gas and a steady production of a sellable by-product, 24/7.
